Horizon Villas are modern, minimalistic villas built over 3 floors. On entering is the large open plan living/dining room area with a double sofa bed, bathroom, a dinning table and a full equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). French windows open onto a large covered balcony with an outdoor Jacuzzi and amazing view.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has 2 single beds compatible to become a king size and opens out onto a large furnished terrace with sea views. There is also a fully equipped auxiliary kitchen for grilling, and light refreshments.

On the top floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed full furnished with a sitting area and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom balconies offer fabulous views across the countryside, the village of Agia Efimia and out to sea. The perfect setting for watching an evening sunset or the beautiful sunrise. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the main house and terrace offer Wi-Fi internet. All bathrooms have Shower Cabins and luxury bathroom accessories.

The outdoor area is truly spectacular with large stone paved terraces around the pool furnished with comfortable sun beds and outdoor furniture to create the perfect environment to sit back, relax and take in the stunning views. Sitting in the garden, having breakfast under the pergola, sun bathing next to the pool, BBQ with fresh fish , evening cocktails in the jacuzzi, watching the clear summer sky, relaxing hours with your favourite book are true pleasures.

PAYMENT POLICY

• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 25% will be required at time of booking.
• The balance at the check-in time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• SUMMER 2021: 100% refund if canceled at least 15 days before arrival date. 
• SUMMER 2022: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 

MAXIMUM CAPACITY

Up to 6 persons are allowed per villa

EXTRA PERSON

• Up to 6 persons are allowed per villa
• The standard price is for two persons, for any additional guests the price is 20€ per person / per night please note that, the booking system automatically calculates the total price of the number of persons you input

CHILDREN POLICY

• Infants are welcome  and the age range is 0 to 2. We offer Baby Cot for free. The total number of infants is not add to the number of guests (infants are free of charge at the total amount).
• Children are welcome and count as persons. They don’t have special pricing or discount.
